Statements regarding expenses are not to be considered a contract between the student and the college. The costs of tuition and other services outlined below are those in effect on the date of publication of this catalog. The college reserves the right to change without notice the costs of instruction and other services at any time.

College Fees
Tuition and fees must be paid the time of official registration for post-secondary education per the payment alternatives offered by the college.

Associate $350 (Per Semester)
Bachelor $425 (Per Semester)
Master $500 (Per Semester)
Doctorate $600.00 (Per Semester)

Note: Graduation fee and cap and gowns must be paid before participating in any graduation exercise.

Payment of Charges
All tuition and fees are due and payable on or before the published due date per the payment schedule provided to the student in the acceptance package. Failure to comply with this payment schedule may result in a late registration charge or cancellation of the student's registration. In the event of cancellation, the student must reapply for admission as a new student.
Payment Options
The college only accepts cashier's checks and money orders made payable to KMCBC. An annual payment plan is available which allows for monthly payments. Participation in the plan requires a down payment of 10% of the balance with the remaining balance paid equally over 12 to 24 months. All fees must be paid in full before any student will be processed for graduation. Additional information may be obtained by contacting the administrative office.
Refund Policy
Students withdrawing from a class or class schedule within the first 7 days of a semester's start date may request a full refund of all tuition paid, excluding fees. After 7 days, no refund may be requested though a student may withdraw from a class or class schedule.
